Challenge
The website and all the technical aspects were built a long time ago by different companies and developers. Our task was to fit our redesign within the constraints of the existing limitations and the already established system, while making the website more appealing, functional, and user-friendly for different categories of users.

Home buyers, home sellers, renters: Their goal is to find their dream home. They want to be able efficiently search and compare available properties, exploring detailed information to make informed decisions.
Real Estate Agents (as the company specifically works with their agents): Professionals in the real estate industry who are interested in joining the brokerage and seeking for comprehensive information to make an informed decision.
Understanding business goals
Improve user experience and increase user engagement: Enhance the overall website usability, navigation, and accessibility to ensure a seamless experience
for users across all devices, as well as encourage users to spend more time on the website by providing compelling content.Lead generation: Optimize lead capture forms, call-to-actions, and contact information placement to generate more inquiries and potential leads for real estate agents.

During our collaborative brainstorming and discussions, it became evident that our vision for the MF website revolves around creating a personalized experience for users:
Focus on a customer dashboard that lets customers to get an easy access to their favorite listings, saved searches, etc
Improve UX copy throughout the website
Modernize the overall look of the website
Improve navigation (buttons, structure, CTAs, breadcrumbs)
Build trust by providing comprehensive and transparent listing information

Wireframes with basic information architecture structure and pages layouts
Mid-fidelity wireframes and stakeholders’ feedback
